Dr Jo Stuart is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience. She has worked extensively with people across the lifespan, from older teenagers to adults of all ages, and brings a wealth of clinical, supervisory, and training expertise to her private practice. Alongside her client work, Jo trains and supervises other psychologists, ensuring she remains at the forefront of the latest evidence-based approaches.
Jo provides therapy for a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, health anxiety, chronic pain, stress, and relationship challenges. She has particular experience working with C-level executives, consultants, professionals, and those in the public eye, and she is committed to offering a highly confidential and discreet service. She also has specialist expertise in supporting people from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community.
